    We are a Multi-Vendor Marketplace that allows multiple wholesalers, retailers, manufacturers, exporters, etc. to list their products on our E-commerce platform & benefit from a large amount of traffic. Our Platform lets the vendors manage their product orders, shipping, and returns under our site [email protected]  & share shopping cart.

    LPre Orders allow buyers to purchase items online at a reduced price. Items are shipped in from the US, and all taxes and shipping are included. This means you have the benefit of paying one Final Price! Additionally, please note that since these items come from Miami, PRE ORDERS will take 2-3 weeks before they arrive in Trinidad and Tobago, and are delivered for you.

    By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your Sample Store account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to..

    The instructions to activate your account will be sent to your email once you have submitted the registration form. If you did not receive this email, your email service provider’s mailing software may be blocking it. You can try checking your junk / spam folder or contact us at [email protected]

    Members who have purchased items that we have locally available should expect to receive their orders within two to three working days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received.

    If you have ordered an item that has to be pre-ordered ( marked with the blue tag) it should arrive in Trinidad and be delivered to you within two to three weeks.

    If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

    Your order is processed once we can verify payment. If you choose a checkout option such as bank draft / direct deposit or Paywise, then we would start working on your order once we can verify payment has been made. This may delay your order, so it is best to pay via credit card or through payments made at our location via linx , cash or credit card.
